DLA to PIP "invitation" letters was created by Susie27
Hello all,
I live in England and am (fortunately) still in receipt of DLA. I had expected to be invited to apply for PIP by now. Of course, Covid 19 has set everything back but I can't find any up to date info on whether DLA claimants are still being asked to start the PIP process.
I apologise if I am asking the equivalent of how long is a piece of string! Yet, does anyone know if the PIP process for current DLA claimants is still going on at the moment?
Finally, thank you, Gordon. You have brought clarity to my anxious questions and I have really appreciated your skill and knowledge.

Hi Susie
DLA to PIP transfers are still ongoing in England. Cannot give you any idea on the length of time it is taking, apart from it is variable.

Susie
I read earlier in the week that the project, which was already running late is estimated to have been delayed by at least two more years due to the pandemic.
