I hope that you have read through our advice from our PIP Guide and Reviews on telephone assessments. It goes through what you can expect and tells you how to prepare for it. It starts at page 118.

I would try to have a person and a clock with me. At the personal assessment I had neither and felt very pressurised and started babbling. It was over an hours assessment and I would have appreciated short breaks ...
