www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/dla/#dlaclaims I have had a quick look at the guide but it has not been up dated since March 2020, so nothing on video call tribunals, the questions you will be asked will be the same as if it was a face to face tribunal.
What you cannot do is record the session, that would be classed as contempt which could have serious repercussions.
Other members of the forum may be able to give you first hand experience of a video call tribunal for DLA.
