Hello, I am soon to have ESA reviewed. I mean that's what I think anyway. I went out to the shop and left telefone call at home on Saturday 7:40 pm in the evening. , I came back and there was an unanswered telephone call from a private number. Is it very likely that it was DWP calling me on Saturday evening? 7:40 PM?
I know we live in strange times, but you should be given seven days written notice of the call if you were going to receive a phone assessment, this does include postage time.
I have no idea if the assessors would call you on a Saturday at 7:40 pm. Members on this forum may be able to let you know if they have had a Saturday assessment and if they did, did they receive written notification of the call prior to it being made?
The DWP are not involved in the assessment, everything is done by the Assessment Provider.
