I had an assesment which did not cover my illnesses so I made a complaint and was offered a new assesment as a rework. When the assessor phoned last week she said it was a “green report” for a new claim. Does anyone know what this means? As a) it’s not a new claim but a rework of an ongoing claim but review date. And b) what is this green report they speak of? Thanks I’m advance
It is not a term that I am aware of, I would assume it meant that they will carry out an assessment as though it was a new assessment, ideally with a different assessor.
