Hi, I have now received a letter from IAS informing me the time and date of my interview in respect of my PIP Claim. Accompanying the letter was a CD that was supposed to contain information.
However, it does not play on my CD player, nor can my PC cd reader. In fact the cd reader cant detect any files on the disc, indicating it is blank. I have sent a text to WCA and had no response other than an acknowledgement my text has been received.
Am I being paranoid, or has a blank CD being sent deliberately to frustrate me? Has anyone else had this happen to them?
Did you ask for information to be sent out on CD? They do this if requested. I expect it is just standard information about the process, but you need to know. Keep trying to get in contact.
