My wife has had her higher rate mobility extended to October 2022 which was due to end in the January 2022,she will retire on the 24th May,2022.Does that mean that she will have a soft touch review as she will be a Pensioner or not and keep her Motability car Thanks Keith

Hi Keith

You say that she is going to retire - but you haven't said how old she is. In order to get a light touch review she will need to be the state pension age of 65. She will keep her car as long as she maintains her enhanced PIP.

Hi Keith

So she should be available for a light touch review when her review happens.
