I won my PIP award at tribunal almost 2 years ago but it runs out in March. Will it be automatically renewed or will I have to re-apply. I'm guessing the DWP are very behind in applications/assessments due to the health crisis.
For claimants who win an appeal at a Tribunal, you will not automatically be sent a review form, your claim is for a fixed period of time.
I would call the DWP today and ask for a reassessment form called (AR1form), you probably will not get one but there is no harm in asking, you will be sent a PIP2 form which is the same as when you first claimed.
If you kept a copy of your first claim form, use it as a template but make any recent changes to your health or medication, don't forget to use our guides to help you when completing the forms. Make sure you make a copy of the form before returning it to DWP with any relevant supporting documents/medical evidence and send it by recorded delivery.
