After being awarded 0 points by D.W.P in 2015 a tribunal awarded 12 points for daily living and 10 for mobility. Award review now in progress. The Assessor informs me that no reference can be made to the evidence used or decision made by the tribunal, and I am considered to have o points currently. Is this correct?

No it is not true, if your condition has not changed or has got worse then the Tribunal decision may still be relevant, did you send in any up to date supporting documents?
