Hi. I've got my Appeal soon. My daughter will be with me for moral support. Will the panel ask her questions. Also, will the DWP be joining the appeal and will he ask me or my daughter questions. Thank you.
If your daughter is on the call, simply for moral support, the Panel may not ask her any questions other than to confirm that she understands the process (once it has been explained). But it will depend on the Tribunal Chairman.
I haven't yet heard of the DWP being on one of these calls (although I know one member who reported they should have been, but the DWP had not sent in any evidence and were not part of the process. Even if they were ton the call, it would only be to answer questions from the panel not to ask you or your daughter any.
