Pip award running out was created by Adrian
I am in the same position as Sweet pea. My PIP is due to end early March after winning a tribunal, rang the DWP today and told I would have to reclaim PIP. The form will take 3-4 weeks to arrive then once they receive the form back it can take up to 16 weeks for them to make a decision on my new claim. I will have no income at all for up to 3 months, is there anything I can do?

Hi Adrian
Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is.
Welcome to Benefits and Work .
I've moved your post to its own topic, we ask members not to post their questions in other member's topics as it can lead to the wrong advice being given or taken.
Unfortunately we are hearing a lot of this on the forum, not all claimants who win at a Tribunal are not sent a renewal form. The problem is that some claimants who win at a Tribunal have received an extension to their claim whereas others hear nothing until their benefits stop.
We do on the forum try and get the message out there to check with the DWP 6 months before the end of their claim as to whether or not they will be sent a review form or if DWP will send a new PIP application form.
You can try your MP to see if they can get you an extension for you due to covid but I am not sure if anyone has had any success. I have not read any success on the forum.

Hi, this exact thing happened to our daughter, lucky for her she has the bank of Mum and Dad... the only useful thing I can offer is to prepare all your answers to the form immediately and all your supporting documents. You can type up your answers as extra sheets, all topped with a header of your name and NI No of course. Then when you DO get the form you can fill in the minimum by hand, add, see Sheet X to each question, fasten them as often said by our amazing Mods with an easily removed string etc. And send it off almost by the next post [recorded of course]. Very best wishes, Denby
