I had a telephone assessment for ESA in August and received a letter back saying they needed more evidence but my claim would continue as normal . I have not been put in any group and am still in receipt of the assessment rate. I have called today for an update as I have submitted my latest fir note and had a text back saying I still need to keep submitting my notes. However my contributions run out in June so after this time I will not receive any money yet they are saying I need a face to face assessment which they are not doing at the moment !
Is there anything I can do as no one knows how long this is going to continue and I can’t survive without this. They said I can’t request a mandatory reconsideration as I don’t have a decision but this isn’t my fault .
