Hi,
I received my pip review form the week before Christmas which was due back on 8th January. I called and got a 14 day extension due to delays with evidence I needed. I managed to get it all done and posted a week ago.
I sent this Royal Mail tracked and have a screenshot of the signature of the person who signed for it. I still cant seem to settle though wondering if it will be put on the system by the 22nd when it is due in by. Would it be worth me giving them a call regarding this? What should I ask if I do call?

Hi Kim
Your post has not been over looked, from this week we have been asked to do things slightly differently which is to post a query for others to answer but checking nothing libellous or misleading. This is to try and speed things up, as some members worry if their posts are not showing straightaway and then post the same query numerous times, especially at weekends.
In answer to your question, other members on the forum have contacted DWP, informed DWP that they have confirmation from the Royal Mail website that it has been delivered and signed for.
Checking their system DWP have informed them that they can see it has arrived and then move it to the next stage.

I see. I think thats a good idea allowing members to share advice and experience more freely.
Thanks for your answer. I will call them tomorrow to check if it has been processed. Am I right in thinking the waiting time from them is around 8 weeks just now? I requested a paper based review but I know theres no certainty it will be granted.

The waiting time should be approx 8 weeks, but it is a movable figure and some people wait longer.
