No, they will not take it off you, PIP is awarded to you because of your disability and not who lives with you.
The renewal sent to you is normal, make sure you complete the form and send it back to them by recorded delivery and include any supporting documents and prescription list. If your husband helps care for you ask him to write a supporting letter stating what care he gives and why?
