Hi, can you pls tell me what " ongoing period " means, How long is an ongoing period for ???? Thank you & I wish you all A Happy New Year.

These terms can be confusing but it's difficult to guess what this means without seeing it in context. Can you post the sentence it's used in?

Hi Maureen, as far as I understand it, it may mean your award is approximately ten years, rather than eg 18months or two years. However they can legally spring a review on you any old time. I'm not a mod though. Best wishes, Denby
