For some that might be quite a small amount for others, it's a lot. Yes, you could use the information you used in the MR - but remember you lost (which most people do) but look it again and think whether there is anything missing.
You absolutely should include the write submissions from yourself and your wife. I would send them in at the same time as the form, but you don't have to. Information can be submitted up to two weeks before an appeal, but as the time for appeals is varying considerably, I would not leave it too long if you don't send it with SSCS1
