Hope someone can advise me please. I received a text message to say my PIP claim has been received 8th October but I still haven’t heard anything? Never done this before.
You received a text saying that they had received your form - which is a good thing. (Not everyone receives one). Now you're playing a waiting game. How long will you have to wait? I don't know. I normal times it would have been about eight weeks, but nothing is normal about the current situation. With the backlog they have, I would give them a ring and ask them what the status is of your claim. That might help alleviate some of the worry.
