hello to all. just need a little advise i sent my wca form a uc50 in late september last year and still no telephone or paper based result yet is this normal waiting time if so has anyone know the contact number to call this dept i have progreesive muscular drystophy which is for life time andits causing me aniexty and stress of this long to wait for a answer also im still sending in 3 monthly fit notes from my doctors. any advise would be very useful on what to do next

There have been several members reporting long delays. Unfortunately, there is no easy answer. If you're able to - ring up and ask the status of your claim. That might help relieve some of the stress.

The official Universal Credit helpline number is 0800 328 5644, but I don't know whether that's the right one to enquire about the progress of a claim.
