I thought i saw on the news section about ESA end dates (from court tribunals going in your favour to being reassessment date) being extended , is this right or have i imaged it? Does anyone know what is happening now with ESA at the moment. Thanks.
ESA is an indefinite award with scheduled reassessment so there will be no end date or award length on the Decision Letter, if you have the assessment report then the "prognosis" is used to set the date, failing that contact the DWP office dealing with your claim, the reassessment date will be recorded on your computer record.
