I’m My sons appointee and I’m in the early stages of claiming Universal credit for the first time for . He hadn’t got the capacity to complete the form for himself I have to sort everything out for him . He struggles with communication he has many difficulties . I too have poor health we both get PIP I’m wondering if I could claim Universal credit , my husband works full time . Thanks in advance
