PIP assessment was created by Rick6056
hi there, i got a letter in Oct 2020 telling me my pip award had been extened until Dec2021. My Award was stated as ongoing, i know you can be recalled at anytime for a review.
My question is this on the form i have been sent it asks if any changes, Do i have to state everything i had stated on my previous form of can i just put UNCHANGED on each question as i have no changes in my conditions. The only changes are increase in 3 of my 27 meds i have to take daily. Also i am classed as clinically extremely vulnerable and shielding, will i have to attend a face to face assessment.
thanks rick6056

Hi Richard

You should have a look at Guide to PiP Claims & Reviews - www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants
There are about 8 pages covering the review process. We don't advise that you just put 'No change' and the guide explains why. You will see that you don't have to fill in a lot.

Hi Richard, I just had a quick look at Carers UK recent update and there is no sign from link to HM Gov't that face to face assessments will be reintroduced. Most people are reassessed by phone if necessary. Hope that helps, Denby
