Good morning. In my unsuccessful MR for PIP, it states ‘When we look at assistance another person must be there to help you complete the activity, helping you to do some but not all of it. When we consider support someone else needs to help you complete the activity, because if they do not you would not be able to do it.’
My question is: I thought PIP was about the help you need whether you get that help or not. Am I correct in thinking this?
