esa and uc

good afternoon .

i wonder if anyone can give me some advice.
i currently claim esa and i was placed in the support group after my medical .
my payments then went up from the 12th December 2020.my esa is contribution based .
i was told by the esa department to put in a claim for universal credit to run alongside my esa which i have since november 2020 but to date i have not received any payment from them.
after contacting uc via my journal i was told that they were not aware that i am in the support group of esa as this is not showing on their system .
after contacting esa toady about this i was told that this is nothing to do with them as my claim to uc is a separate issue .
just wondering if anyone in this group is cliaming esa plus uc for lcwra
