Tribunal fixed length PIP awards was created by Paulina8
Today I wrote to Disability Minister Justin Tomlinson to ask if sub contracted health assessors will be instructed to prioritise Fixed PIP Awards where PIP2 forms have been submitted. This follows B&W stating here today that PIP awards with review dates will be extended through postal letters. When I rang IAS today they said HCP have been told to work in date order which means Fixed awards are being unduly delayed and updated instructions need to be issued by the DWP. If my PIP award isn’t sorted within 3-4 weeks, my PIP ends and my ESS drops as does my Housing Benefit and CTS. IAS apology doesn’t pay my bills. and the sense of deja vu following my 2 year fight with DWP in 2017-18.
