A friend applied for attendance allowance not realising he was to young but was informed by dwp he may be entitled to pip instead.He has not applied for pip as yet but received a letter today saying a telephone assessment for pip will take place next week .Do you think its possible they are doing this on the form he sent in for attendance allowance as he has not filled in any pip forms yet
