Hi. At the moment I am barely leaving the house so part time work seems a long way away for me. I would love to go to work as I’ve never not worked but I am isolated and see no one except my children. I have anxiety and depression. My cpn is great and I’m doing cbt with her but still struggle the majority of the time.

A great cpn is a wonderful thing to have! Treasure her and follow her advice since she is the best person to support you in this part of your journey.
