hi After reading your guides, i am just starting to fill the review form in i am saying no change to the questions, and giving some details but iam not sure about commnicating, since my last award my hearing has deterioated and i have been prescibed an hearing aid, if should i tell them about this this, would it mean, it is more liksly i will have to have another assessment, which iam hoping to avoid., because i am saying my condition has got worse When i got my award last time i scored no points for the activity and not sure if it would be best to leave the box blank Thanks
Only you can decide whether you want to mention it or not, but saying you now have a hearing aid will probably not have any influence on whether you will have an assessment. The majority of people are having reviews.
