DLA claimants over 65 was created by buntontrinitas
I currently am 68 and have received DLA Higher Rate Care+ Mobiliity since 1997 - reviewed in 2004. It is an indefinite award subject to review and application for PIP in time.

Roughly how many members over 65 are still receiving DLA rather than PIP and have yet to be required to now appiy for PIP.

The number is quite high, I did see a reply in Hansard a while ago which answered your question butI do not have the details to hand.
