One of friend call me and inform that his ESA SG assessment was due in Feb 2021 and now been extended till 2023 without any assessment. Have you heard from any here member this good news? Or you have any news update about ESA. Thanks

Hi Anees,
Yes we have heard of many assessments being moved back, all due to covid. Something good coming out of the dreaded virus!

Waiting to hear as my assessment is due in March 23 next month, hope to get good news as we have many bed news here in Covid. Thanks

I just come off the phone from the cap
My brother was to be reassigned next month a paper review in 2019 stated this
Now I phoned 3 times finally a manager today
It seems he has been moved to be reassigned in 2023
Nothing on the system to say why
He but he put me on hold
Now this what he said
2023 review BUT review can happen at anytime from now till then
A bit like pip extended but seems a review can happen
No Letter will be sent to say esa awards extended
Another grey area and confusing from the dwp

Thank you for the information, we have had quite a few members saying that their ESA claim has been extended only to receive a review form a few weeks later.
