I have recently had my award for my daily living and mobility after they changed their decision when I appealed. But can I still ask for the medical assessment report etc to be sent to me?
And good news about the DWP changing their mind after you had appealed. I have never heard that there is a time limit for requesting the assessment report, and if they object then you could resort to a Subject Access Request. But I would expect you to get it from the DWP without problems.
