PIP renewal was created by carole
Hello All
Please looking for advice, my anxiety levels sky high.
I had extension then few weeks later renewal pack, filled it out and posted recorded delivery first class next day. I have been tacking it and it oddest say its been received or signed for, if PIP don't get it in the next couple of days mu PIP will stop. I have tried ringing, does anyone have any suggestions please many thanks

Hello carole,
I am sorry to hear about your problem; no wonder your anxiety level are sky high.
It is good that you sent it recorded delivery, you do have some evidence. My suggestion would be to ring PIP again, they can take up to an hour to answer, but I just put the phone on speaker phone and get on with other things whilst half listening to their music play. Unless you hit going home time, I have never known them not to eventually answer.
If you don’t succeed in speaking to them, there is really no choice but to send them another copy of your form and evidence with a covering letter saying what has happened, and including a copy of your recorded delivery printout.
I know they are really busy, so I suspect it is nothing more than that, but you do need to make sure.
I hope you are soon reassured,
Catherine

Bless you Catherine thank you for taking the time to answer. It appears that they are not signing for post which means i may just as well have put in normal post, my anxiety would have just be as bad.
Will try ringing today again.

Frustrating! Seriously frustrating!
The one good thing carole about using RD is that if they claim not to have received you have some evidence that you posted it.
I hope you have good news when you ring them

Hello Catherine
I rang dead on 9 this morning and apart from a few questions from a computer, i got through to an adviser straight away, she assured me my form has been received, i nearly threw up such was my anxiety about ringing them. Now going to try and calm down.
Thank you for your helpful response
Best wishes
