Hi SC,

Filling in PIP forms can be quite challenging! If you have a look at the PIP guide within the members guides this gives a lot of information about PIP and filling out the form.
You can find the guides here:
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants-2/pip
Before you fill out the firm, if you have a few days before you need to return the form, try writing a disability diary, ie write down the difficulties you have across a few days. Hete are some examples- How long did it it take you to get up, what was your pain level, could you cook, did you fall over, did you have a fit, or may be it was a better day? This should help you describe your difficulties, and may also help you to understand pain and fatigue levels and your ability to repeat activities. This should help with your form.
A friend or relative might also be able to help.

If you need further help then you could contact a local advice centre such as CAB.There is a list here:
advicelocal.uk/

I wish you every success with your form. Good luck.
