Hi would first like to thank you so much for the information on your site it’s been amazing help for me on getting my pip renewed.first of all My pip was renewed for 3 years same rate standard daily living all though I got awarded 4points on mobility any way I decided to send in a letter 2 weeks ago about the prompting points as I was still only awarded 2 points.I requested they look at my award dating back 2yrs asking if I was entitled to the extra 2 points as it was changed to 4 points from the Supreme Court decision they looked at my pip award and have given me the extra 2 points for needs prompting .they haven’t backdated me though I was backdated from December 2020 when I was reviewed and the extra points got me enchanted rare daily pip I’m so over the moon for this thank you so much

Thank you for your kind words, the back office do a very good job at keeping the main guides up to date.
Many congratulations on the award and well done for continuing with your MR. We have heard from a number of forum members who also ask for their awards to be looked at due to the Supreme Court decision, only to be sent a review form (change of Circs).
If you want to take it further, you may want to get your MP involved in regards to an 'any time review', unfortunately some MP's are more pro-active than others, I would copy in Thérèse Coffey Secretary of State at the Department for Work and Pensions (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) in any correspondence to your local MP.
