Hello Mal,

I understand your difficulty, and you are right to see if you can get help. Unfortunately on this site we are not able to offer individual assisstance.

You can try this site and see if you can find someone advicelocal.uk/

If you are in social housing you may find that they have someone who can help you with this.

You can try giving your local council a ring.

Another option is to ask your GP's surgery, they may have details of people who can assist.

I do hope you find someone.
