I'm currently on UC ( in process of filling in work capability form) and i'm also on PIP Enhanced on both mobility and daily as of recently, living with my parents, my mom gets housing benefit and no one in the house has carers allowance too.
My question is with my current PIP and just normal standard UC, would I actually be entitled to any premiums or not? and would it usually just be automatically paid or would i have to fill in some form somewhere?
Unfortunately UC is not like IR ESA where you can get a SDP or an EDP, there are no disability premiums with UC.
If you are successful with completing your work capability form and placed in the LCWRA group then you will be eligible for an additional element with your UC worth (£341.92 pcm), if you are placed in the LCW group there is no additional element.
