PIP review phone call eek

Hi, I received my pip review phone call a few days ago, it was from a nurse who was very pleasant but she kept me on the phone for a whopping 1 hour and 19 minutes which was rough, and the questions were very intrusive. I would like to think she was genuinely caring as a nurse as she kept saying well done, you are doing great, and that she understood the questions are very difficult but then she asked me the exact same question, it wasn't delivered as she was just double checking as she asked previously, but it was asked like it was a brand new question so that was really off putting, she also asked a hell of a lot of questions about my driving, what kind of licence did I hold, a manual, which is still confusing as what that has got to do with mental health?? Anyhoo sorry my question is when would I be able to request a copy of the medical report, as I only had the telephone call on Tuesday morning? Should I wait a week or can I call them the now lol.

Hi layla, when i had my telephone assessment i was able to put in for mine after 3 days of the phone call and believe it or not i received it the next day. Hope this helps Logan.

Thank you Gary & Logan for your replies, yes I have called them and asked for the medical report just two days after the phone call lol they haven't as yet received it themselves but she added to my account that once they do I would like a copy of it, ahhh dreading it though lol cheers, Layla

Hi Layla, please don't trust them and wait, I would call again politely say every 2 days until they say they have got it and are sending it. Because if they ignore their note it will eat into your possible reply time.
