I was hoping that I could get a little help in regards to sending a letter of support from family. I just would like to know what should it it say about me and my condition?
It is a good idea to get such a letter. What it needs to include is the help which your family give you, the help which they are aware that others give you, and help which you could really do with but don't get. It is also good if they can say why you need the help. E.g. We have to help Nikkic get meals ready because his/her hands are too shaky to carry hot food. The last time he/she did this they dropped it on their foot and badly scalded it.
Remember PIP is about the help which you need because of your condition, not your condition itself.
Hope that helps, Catherine
