Universal credit Assessment Report

Hi All,
I wonder if you could help me? My son has been waiting since July 2020 for a decision from Universal Credit regarding LCWRA. After several phone calls and a very strongly worded email to complaints he received a call last night from a Nurse. They asked a couple of questions then said we would hear back from the DWP. I assume that this was an assessment but he was not pre warned of this appointment via letter etc and the call was very short. This wasn’t anything like the PIP telephone assessment. Please could you tell me what type of report to request. Many thanks in advance.

Thank you to all the mods and forum contributors.
I queried the telephone call we received and with the guidance given on here and now knowing my sons rights to a fair and proper assessment he has and been awarded LCWRA.
I couldn’t of done it without the forum advice and comprehensive guides! I will continue to recommend this site and will renew my subscription as it’s the best £15.96 I have ever spent!
No doubt I will be back on here for more information soon.
