I successfully got my PIP reinstated at tribunal & it runs out on 21st June. I wanted to get in early with my new application so requested Pip forms. The covering letter says the deadline is now 24th March. Can they stop my PIP early?
Is the date of 24th March the deadline for returning your form or the end date of your award? If it is for returning your form, then you can ring up before the 24th and if necessary ask for an extension.
If the letter now says it is an award end date - then you need to query this with them and point out that you will be left with no money.
In answer to your question can they stop your PIP early - yes they can because you asked for it to be reviewed now and therefore the new application will supersede the old one. You can't stop this now because it is in the system.
