Hi brooksy,

I'm not an expert on post! However, when I have done track and trace, if the website shows it was signed for I don't think there will be any more information sent to you. You could take a screenshot of the page to show it has been received. Normally PIP MR decisions are made reasonably quickly, so why not wait another week, (as it often takes a little while for the post to get from the DWP post room to be put on the computer/actioned) then phone DWP to see if the letter has arrived, if not try again a few days later. Hopefully you will have kept a copy of the letter, so in the unlikely event it has gone missing you can resend.

I am sure that the letter has arrived, and fingers crossed that DWP revise your wife's benefit to reflect her correct entitlement.

Hi Brooksy, just checking, did you request and receive your wife's PA4 assessors report? you need it to know what to base your arguments on. Best wishes, Denby

Hi brooksy

If you try and contact DWP first thing in the morning you can get through quicker, I believe they open at 8am. www.gov.uk/contact-jobcentre-plus/existing-benefit-claims
