I was wondering how I know I successfully posted?

You will not know you have successfully posted until you see it on the forum. The forum closes at 9:30 pm for moderators during the week and although some mods like me will drop in from time to time after 9:30 pm. Mods do not check posts during the weekend unless they drop in.
If anything has been posted then it will sit in a holding pen until released by a mod. I have answered you previous post.
