Been asked to rate pip phone assessment was created by Alisin
Had phone call FROM DPW regarding my recent phone assessment asking me to rate the experience and the assessor handling. Is this normal or part of my assessment process leading to a claim decision.

Yes it is normal, we have had a few queries on the forum but I have not seen one for quite a while, it is quite hard to rate an assessor, claimants think that if you give a poor score then it will affect their claim.
Some claimants give a glowing report until they get hold of a copy of their assessors report which contains a lot of errors and false statements.
How long after your assessment did you receive the phone call?

Let us know how you get on with the decision, remember to contact DWP and ask for a copy of the assessors report (PA4).
