hello all. my first claim for u/c was on 19th august 2020 with a fit note,uc sent me a uc50 form i filled it out they recieved it on 18th sept 2020 have not heard anything so i phoned health assessment advisory service who told me they have done assessment on paper based and its with m/d maker if i get into the lcwra group when does my extra element start at moment im still sending in fit notes any advise would be great

In most cases, the LCWRA element is awarded after a 3 month waiting period beginning on the day you provide medical evidence. If it takes longer than 3 months to carry out your Work Capability Assessment the element you are awarded will be backdated to this point and you will be paid any amount owing.

medical evedence meaning when i 1stapplied a fit note to my u/c journal or when they reecieve my uc50 form?

You are correct, that is why we advise UC claimants to provide a 'Fit Note' if they are applying due to ill health, once a 'Fit Note' is provided their workcoach will send out a UC50 claims form.
