Request Re-consideration was created by theophilus9
good afternoon, could you please give me some advice. on a PIP Consultation report on the front page at the bottom List of all evidence considered alongside the Consultation findings. it only lists one of the Hospitals letters out of three sent in as evidence as ( read and considered) Could this be grounds for the re-consideration because the other reports talk about painful joints and Chronic fatigue syndrome etc so because they never referred to them in the report could the Decision maker make another decision based on them? Thank you

Hi Buster

It's often difficult to know why they do not list particular reports or letters. They generally don't list everything that people send in. I can understand your concern that some may have been ignored and vital evidence missed and therefore you may not get the award you were expecting. If you haven't had your decision then you can write to the decision-maker - if you have had your decision then you can raise the points in a mandatory reconsideration.

Thank you for your reply (no mobility based on supporting evidence but two reports do highlight painful joints and extreme fatigue. ) so I have access to your materials for mandatory reconsideration best wishes and thank you again x

When I applied for PIP, all the evidence supporting my claim for mobility was ignored and not listed. I got no points for that section. I resent everything relating to mobility for my MR together with a letter highlighting every mention of poor mobility. The decision at that stage was changed to standard. I think that they hope you won't look at the report in detail but just give up.

Dixip, I am sure you are so right. They manipulate vulnerable people into giving up all the time, as you can read even on here, people doubt themselves. If only some legal knight in shining armour could win a test case for direct damage to health...I am up for crowd funding as before with the stopping of MR for ESA case.
