well just received post office tracking confirmation that my pip review has been delivered and signed for. just waiting for phone call now. do i need permission to record it. or do i let them know if/when they ring that i am recording it? thank you.
You can ask for your call to be recorded by them, but you may have to wait for a long time for this to happen or you need to make a secret recording. If you tell them that you are recording they will stop the assessment immediately.
