Hello PD

The maximum time the DWP allow a PIP award to run without review is 10 years.

I have not met the term 'indefinate award' in relationship to PIP. An 'on-going PIP award', has a review date set at 10 years, whilst a 'long-term PIP award' can be between 2 and 10 years. My guess is that indefinate is the same as on-going.

Hi PD.

I'm on PIP enhanced both for the term is an on-going period. If you look at your award letter it should read. It's on the back of the first page.

I've looked at your claim and decided:

I can award you the enhanced rate of £--- a week to help with your daily living needs from (date) for an on-going period.

The same for mobility.

Further down the letter (Making sure the PIP you get is right)

Then this is inserted.

We will contact you while you're getting PIP to see if you needs have changed and look at the amount you get. This will be after (date)

The DWP are saying it will be a light touch after 10 years which an on-going is. There is no indefinite on PIP.

I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.
