Hello, I am new here and need some help. I completed my UC50 in May last year and still have not heard from DWP. Here is the query a) is this normal b) could they be delaying until my official retirement in December this year? Advice would be appreciated.
Although the DWP vary in their response times I would have expected you to have heard by now. I would suggest that you give them a ring to find out what has happened. 0800 328 5644. If you ring first thing in the morning there are generally shorter queues.
