Hi I have been sent a PIP 1043 form. They are saying it is a review form, but it looks different to the one I did before. The questions just ask u if anything has changed and how you manage it. Shall I just copy the answers off of my last claim form. Although my mental health has deteriorated a lot since 2017. Also, I have quite a lot of medical evidence but they are saying they don't want any letters of support from GP's, I Have lots of copies of assessments that I have had done, but they don't want that. Any advice welcome please on how to fill in form and supporting evidence. Many thanks

Hello greeneyes1
I suspect you may have had problems posting this question. After you have clicked submit your post will appear to vanish. What actually happens is that it sits in a queue waiting to be moderated and replied to. I can understand your frustration at how it appears from your position, but it is a process which is necessary to protect the site.
To answer your question, if you go to here PIP resources and click on the Guide to PIP claims and reviews you will find our best advice about how to tackle this form starting at page 109.
As to evidence, I would suggest you send in everything you have which supports your review, they are free to ignore it if they so wish, but if you don’t send it in it certainly can’t be taken into consideration.
I hope this helps, and if you have any other questions, please do come back to us.
