Hello disaillusioned,

Yes, you can apply for an earlier reassessment by letting the DWP know that your circumstances have changed.

You asked a very similiar question a little while ago and I suspect the answer has long since got lost in all the forum activity so I am copying BIS's excellent reply here.

If you have any more questions, please do come back to us.
Catherine

Welcome to the forum, you might want to have a look at the following FAQ which explains where everything is

Welcome to Benefits and Work

You absolutely can put in for a change of circumstances - and tell them that your condition has deteriorated. This will trigger a review and you will be sent a form to fill in and probably have to have a telephone assessment. However, before you do anything there are two documents that if you don't already you should try and get hold of.

1. The PA4- the assessment report from your assessment prior to your tribunal. (This is written by the assessor/health professional)
2. The statement of reasons from your Tribunal in 2018 - (This gives details of the tribunal and how they came to their conclusions)

You would also be wise to look at our Guide to PIP claims and reviews. It's a large document, but there is a great deal of sound advice on answering questions. Because you had to go to tribunal you need to make sure that you aren't losing out because you haven't answered fully enough.

It's perfectly fair that you have no new evidence - you just need to make sure that because you are clinically vulnerable - you make that clear in any correspondence. You also need to make it clear what help you need, even if you don't currently get it.

Hi disaillusioned

When forum members send in a post, it sits in a holding pen waiting for a moderator to approve the post. Some posts will get a reply whilst others will just be approved without a comment depending on the nature of the post.

We did have a member this week who posted the same message over 10 times, messages will not show up until they have been approved. Moderators will delete duplicate posts so don't worry if you have posted the same message more than once.
