Still not heard a response from DWP

I posted here a couple of months ago about my claim. I wanted to reply to that message, but I can't find it.

I still haven't heard anything from DWP regarding my claim. They first received my form on 23/12/20 (that is the text I got acknowledging receipt of the form). It is now 03/04/21 and I've had no contact since. At what point do I start being concerned? I want to chase it up, but I'm worried they'll somehow hold that against me as evidence that I don't have an impairment.

Thank you. I tend to only use the site on my phone which is why I might have missed it. I know they've received the form, because I've got a text from them dated 23/12/20 that they'd received it. After that nothing. I will try and call them. I'm just worried they'll somehow use that against me, like they do everything else.

I got nowhere basically. I was told to contact the provider, who then rudely told me that I'll just have to wait and that other people have been waiting even longer. It's the 22nd today, so tomorrow it will officially be 4 months since getting acknowledgement from them that they received my completed 'how your disability affects you' form. That seems too long. I started this claim in November 2020, and I've gotten nowhere yet.
